Lyntrixs End User Agreement

This End User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs access to and use of Lyntrixs Command Control and related services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Agreement.

1. Accounts and Access

You must maintain accurate account information and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for ensuring that your users comply with this Agreement.

2. License and Restrictions

Lyntrixs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes. You may not reverse engineer, modify, copy, or resell the Services except as permitted by law.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls or access data without authorization.
• Do not upload malicious code or interfere with system performance.

4. Security and Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords, access keys, and biometric credentials. Lyntrixs is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.

5. Data and Privacy

Use of the Services is subject to the Lyntrixs Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to provide any data you upload or process through the Services.

6. Third‑Party Services

The Services may integrate with third‑party products or services. Lyntrixs is not responsible for third‑party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. Service Availability

Lyntrixs may perform maintenance or updates that affect availability. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Fees and Billing

If applicable, you agree to pay the fees associated with your subscription plan. Nonpayment may result in suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services and all related intellectual property belong to Lyntrixs. You may not use Lyntrixs trademarks without prior written permission.

10. Termination

Lyntrixs may suspend or terminate access for violations of this Agreement or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lyntrixs from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your data, or your violation of this Agreement.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Lyntrixs disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyntrixs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits.

14. No Emergency Use

The Services are not intended for emergency response or life‑safety use. You are responsible for maintaining any required backup or emergency systems.

15. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
